Vietnamese blogger Nguyen Thi Minh Thuy faces up to seven years in prison if found guilty under Article 258 of the penal code, but no trial date had been set at the time of CPJ's latest prison census. Thuy, who was arrested in Hanoi in May 2014 and charged with abusing democratic freedoms over her blog, Ba Sam, has been denied bail and is being held in pretrial detention.
